APARTMENT SEVILLE NERVION-CENTER
Piso enteramente reformado para hospedar hasta 8 personas y que podáis disfrutar de una estancia acogedora y divertida. Está ubicado en el centro moderno de Sevilla (10minutos del casco antiguo en metro y 20minutos de un agradable paseo) Cuenta con ducha de hidromasajes, terraza cocina moderna equipada y cómodo salón.

Servicios y zonas comunes
Se trata de un piso acogedor, tranquilo y con pocos y agradables vecinos. la calle da a una avenida principal del centro moderno y neurálgico de Sevilla. Con metro en el que en 10 minutos estarás en el casco antiguo, aunque te aconsejamos un agradable paseo ( De 20 minutos aprox.) y disfrutar de rutas culturales y/o gastronómicas.

El barrio
Su ubicación, sus vecinos y su oferta comercial. Se trata de un buen barrio residencial donde además de su buen ambiente podrás disfrutar de los mejores comercios (restaurantes, coctelerías, moda, decoración, cines...)
Cómo moverse
La zona mejor comunicada tanto con el casco antiguo de la cuidad, como con el aeropuerto o estación de trenes. Tanto por metro como por autobus.
El autobús al aeropuerto (tarda unos 20 minutos) o estación de trenes (Unos 10 minutos) se coge a 5 minutos caminando al igual que el metro (Al casco antiguo tarda máximo 10 minutos)
Los paseos por la zona serán muy agradables y hasta el casco antiguo no tardarás mucho más de 20 minutos a no ser que te entretengas entre sus encantadoras calles.
A nosotros nos encanta viajar ya ser posible disfrutar de cada ciudad sintiéndola como uno de sus ciudadanos. Por esto esperamos que disfrutéis la estancia, os sintáis acogidos y cómodos en el apartamento para poder conocer la cuidad y sus rincones más encantadores.

The apartment was excellent and conveniently located near the old city and shopping areas of Seville. There were two double beds and two twin beds (one was a pull-out trundle bed) which were all
comfortable. Pablo and Alvaro were exceptionally helpful. Alvaro waited over a half-hour to let us in when we were late to arrive, and there was chilled wine and beer waiting for us. He also gave
dining recommendations which were helpful. I would certainly stay here again. -

Our host was very kind and personable. The flat was clean, modern and light. The area was very close to the centre of Seville and close to the river. We enjoyed walking around discovering the town.
