It located in Torneo Avenue.10 min walk to main monuments of one of the most beautiful city in Spain. ( Alameda Square, Cathedral, Constitución Avenue...)
The apartment is located in the center of Seville, in a typical place of the old town with an indoor garden. You can enter from Toneo Avenue (n.59) or from the Goles Street.
The apartment is very lighting with 5 balconies (2 in the living room and one in each bedroom) and a window in the kitchen.
It is newly renovated (July 2015), with airy living room and separated kitchen only by visual elements, making it much more spacious and comfortable place
3 bedroom apartment:
-the first is light and airy with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the city.
the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a balcony
the third bedroom is similar to the first, large, bright, balcony.
The fourth bedroom (living room) with a sofa-bed.
It has everything you need to make your trip more comfortable (we works like a hostel or hotel):
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, dishes, and utensils.

tourist monuments, modern and traditional restaurants, and nice night clubs. The neighborhood is ideal take breath and enjoy the city. There is a lovely suites with XL bed, stylish bath or
comfortable toilete...Was a highlight to the trip! It was so great having somewhere to relax after a long day. Pablo made us feel very welcome and at home. We are looking forward to returning

The apartment was excellent and conveniently located near the old city and shopping areas of Seville. There were two double beds and two twin beds (one was a pull-out trundle bed) which were all
comfortable. Pablo and Alvaro were exceptionally helpful. Alvaro waited over a half-hour to let us in when we were late to arrive, and there was chilled wine and beer waiting for us. He also gave
dining recommendations which were helpful. I would certainly stay here again. -

pablo apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, close to monuments and very cool places to go to restaurants or have a drink. In his apartment we were 4 friends and me, and we believe all the same:

Our host was very kind and personable. The flat was clean, modern and light. The area was very close to the centre of Seville and close to the river. We enjoyed walking around discovering the town.
We loved the light in the flat and the apple tv!!! :)
